These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Frontkays Nigeria Limited (“Frontkays”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located in Delta State, Nigeria. By accessing our facilities or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services Offered

Frontkays provides a wide range of auto-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Mechanical and electrical repairs

  • Routine car servicing and maintenance

  • Body painting, car polishing, oven baking

  • Car upgrades, modifications, and pimping

  • Car wash and detailing services

  • Sales and installation of vehicle spare parts

  • Diagnostics and fault resolution

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding your vehicle and its issues

  • Respond promptly to service recommendations and approvals

  • Pick up your vehicle within 3 business days after service completion unless otherwise agreed

  • Pay all applicable charges in full before vehicle release

  • Disclose any pre-existing issues or third-party repairs previously carried out on the vehicle

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates provided before service are based on initial diagnosis and may change upon further inspection.

  • All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

  • Additional work not included in the original estimate will only be carried out with customer consent.

  • A deposit may be required for certain services or part orders.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full before the release of any vehicle or product.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, POS, or other methods approved by Frontkays.

  • Unpaid balances beyond 7 business days may attract storage fees or legal action.

  • Frontkays reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is completed (mechanic’s lien).

5. Spare Parts

  • We guarantee the authenticity of parts sold and installed by Frontkays.

  • Customers who choose to supply their own parts do so at their own risk and without warranty coverage.

  • Special order parts may require full advance payment and may be non-refundable.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Frontkays offers a limited service warranty of 30 days for labor and workmanship unless otherwise stated.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or third-party repairs

    • Electrical systems affected by unrelated faults or power surges

  • Any warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid service receipt.

7. Vehicle Storage and Abandonment

  • Vehicles left uncollected after 7 business days from service completion may incur daily storage fees.

  • Vehicles unclaimed after 30 days without prior communication may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of in accordance with Nigerian law to recover outstanding service fees.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we take the utmost care in handling your vehicle, Frontkays is not liable for any loss or damage caused by:

    • Fire, theft, vandalism, or natural disasters

    • Pre-existing mechanical or electrical faults

    • Third-party installations or modifications

  • We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

9. Customer Conduct

  • Abusive, violent, or disruptive behavior towards staff will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • All customer data is handled in accordance with Nigerian data protection regulations.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except when legally required.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and materials provided by Frontkays are the property of Frontkays Nigeria Limited and may not be copied, modified, or used without written consent.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt an informal resolution before pursuing legal action.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be handled in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and settled in a competent court within Delta State.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website or made available upon request.
